With our Admin Services package, we will take care of this instead of you. Your virtual server will be included in the custom–built server monitoring system and in case there’s a sign of a trouble, our skilled technical support engineers will be notified instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest assignment in the world. You will either have to use a different server or your desktop computer, alternatively arrange some third–party tool. We offer a considerably easier alternative with our Admin Services package. We’ll make a complete backup of your VPS each week, so you never have to be scared of permanently losing any critical info. Plus, we can always restore a backup copy very fast. All backups we make are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have total freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra setup from you. That is where our Admin Services solution can help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – which means you can basically employ one of our professional server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software application whatsoever that you want. And/or have him take care of a trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an optional feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
